We at Jersey n Cotton care about your satisfaction and strive to ensure every purchase meets your expectations. If you're not completely satisfied with your order, you may request a return or exchange according to the terms below.
·        We will gladly accept any unworn, unwashed and or damage merchandise with original tags within 7 Days of purchase for an exchange.
·        No cash refund Policy/ Credit voucher will be provided.
·        Jersey n Cotton reserves the right to cancel any order in case of stock unavailability.
·        Accessories and Perfumes are non-exchangeable.
·        Products that have been altered are not eligible for exchange.
·        Item bought on Sale can be a one-time exchange with another item.
·        Item bought on Clearance Sale can’t be exchanged or return.
·        Item can be exchanged through the Dispatch process.
·        Please return goods with the original invoice and mention the reason for returning the items.
·        Customer needs to return the merchandise via traceable delivery i.e. same courier service on his own expense to our address.
·        Exchange Voucher of the item’s invoice value will be given to the customer asking for an exchange.
·        Refund requests will be processed within 15 days after receiving the return products.
·        Our team will review your request and share the next steps.
·        Exchanges are usually completed within 10 to 12 working days. We value your patience as we ensure a smooth process.
